I had the pleasure of addressing a lovely bunch of yoginis at The Little Yoga Studio London, today & gave a talk about overcoming stress. The group was so enthusiastic and really took the advice on board and it was so interesting to see that they were addressing so many amazing things with their yoga practise but found many areas lacking with their food.
I loved giving them practical tips where they could action some of the recommendations and the lovely Victoria was lucky enough to win the prize of a bottle of Wild Nutrition Ashwaghanda which I believe will have a massive impact on increasing her body's natural stress coping abilities.
The take home points about Vitamin D and gut health seemed to really resonate with the ladies. I look forward to coming back in January for another juicy wellness talk. Watch this space....
