This banana bread is easy to make, incredibly delicious and super healthy. Best thing is that most of the hard work is done by your blender! Great on it’s own as a sustaining breakfast-on-the-go, or with a slather of almond butter. It’s a perfect Winter comfort food for everyone. I had two little helpers who were very keen to get involved - the allure of chocolate cake always works!
I have to say it’s the easiest recipe ever - just 6 ingredients whizzed up in the blender. it did take a bit of time in the blender because the mixture’s very thick, but what could be easier?! It’s sweetened with maple syrup so no refined sugar here, chia seeds and it’s main ingredient is avocados so it’s winning on the health stakes, but it’s still very rich so not one to eat everyday!
